We have chosen continuous improvement as the foundation of our corporate culture. We are looking to apply the positive revolution with the adoption of Lean Production as well as other aspects of our vision for the company.
We have chosen continuous improvement as the foundation of our corporate culture. For us, this signifies that a result is often not simply maintaining an already achieved standard, it is also striving to go one step further, where possible and when possible.
In other words, we are looking to apply the positive revolution which involved our production processes with the adoption of Lean Production as well as other aspects of our vision for the company, such as the safety and wellbeing of our employees, our commitment to ethics and last, but not least, concern for the environment.
Over the years, this approach has allowed us to pursue and achieve several important certifications:
- UNI EN ISO 9001 Since 1997, we have respected and updated the requirements of the Quality Management System
- UNI EN ISO 14001 Since 2000, we have also been Environmental Management with authorisation from the Italian National Accreditation Body Accredia
- BS OHSAS 18001 Worker health and safety has been one of our priorities. Our commitment has also been certified since 2007.
- SA8000 Corporate Social Responsibility is particularly close to our heart. We believe that ethical behaviour and actions are the key to a better society, country and marketplace.
ANODICA GREEN Anodica uses 100% renewable energy. A choice we are particularly proud of making!
Obviously, we are still not satisfied.
Our great ambition is to offer the highest performance and most sustainable production-logistics system for aesthetic components in the world!
