Using <strong>team work sites<\/strong> and <strong>individual training<\/strong>, we have raised awareness of the importance for employees of keeping their workstation tidy and efficient for their own good and in order to ensure the good long-term performance of production lines.<br>To do this, we have adopted the <strong>8 pillars of TPM <\/strong>&#8211; <em>Total Productive Maintenance<\/em>: an approach to maintenance that aims to minimise the downtime of systems to optimise the efficiency of production processes.<br>In this way, we have worked on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The 5S method (sort, set in order, shine, standardise, sustain) taken from the Lean Production model<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autonomous maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scheduled maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous employee training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administration efficiency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environment and safety<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"684\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.anodica.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/manutenzione-anodica-1-684x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1785\" style=\"width:360px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.anodica.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/manutenzione-anodica-1-684x1024.jpg 684w, https:\/\/www.anodica.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/manutenzione-anodica-1-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.anodica.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/manutenzione-anodica-1-768x1150.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.anodica.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/manutenzione-anodica-1.jpg 986w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 684px) 100vw, 684px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In particular, we have extended autonomous maintenance at the company, raising employees\u2019 level of skills and thereby reducing unexpected downtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have also introduced <strong>Predictive Maintenance<\/strong>. This method, using sensors and control devices, allows Anodica to get an overview of the \u2018health\u2019 status of its systems in order to calculate when to carry out maintenance work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I believe that the latter is an integral part of future systems and will, consequently, be one of the topics I will focus on at Anodica to further explore and expand the potential of this technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout my day, I manage and coordinate the various maintenance activities, check and update the KPI (Key Performance Indicators), and play an active role in diagnosing and resolving any faults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We work with<strong> passion and determination<\/strong> to ensure the <strong>safety of our production lines<\/strong> while respecting and caring for the environment in order to serve and satisfy our customers to the best of our ability every day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Maintenance and continuous improvement, the importance of Lean methodology at Anodica.
