In Anodica Trevigiana we believe and constantly invest in continuous evolution, with the aim of improving our performance and the efficiency of our business processes. The improvement actions we undertake have an impact on everything around us, our society and the environment we live in. Indeed, we’re aware that we’re all protagonists within an ecosystem which is interconnected and interdependent.
For this reason we have included in our Statute the following specific purposes of common benefit:
- The creation of a work environment that guarantees the health and safety of people and that is a place aimed at valorising, developing the potential and well-being of collaborators also by focusing on training, welfare and work-life balance
- The commitment to continuous innovation towards the environmental and social sustainability of all company processes and practices
- Collaboration and support for non-profit organizations, foundations and the like.
ANODICA'S GOALS AND COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, signed in 2015 by 193 UN member states, is an action program with common environmental, economic, institutional, and social goals.
We’ve embraced this global challenge by developing a plan that integrates 12 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into our company’s daily operations.
To tangibly demonstrate our commitment, we’ve transformed Anodica into a Benefit Corporation, outlining concrete actions for each of our three identified common benefit activities, consistent with specific SDGs of the UN 2030 Agenda.
2024 IMPACT REPORT
For impact reporting, Anodica has chosen the international standard Benefit Impact Assessment (BIA), which it updates on an annual basis starting from 2020, in order to assess the qualitative-quantitative evolution of its impact profile, as required by the Law on Benefit Corporations.

Sharing Best Practices for Territorial Sustainability
Since 2015, the Sustainability Group of Confindustria Veneto Est has brought together nearly 80 companies from various sectors, united in their commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
The group was established with the aim of fostering an open and continuous dialogue between local businesses, it offers a valuable space for the exchange of best practices and the adoption of concrete actions in line with ESG. goals.
Each year, some members of the companies meet in scheduled work groups to discuss innovative strategies and set shared goals for sustainable growth.
Anodica Trevigiana, deeply committed to ESG topics, actively participates in this network, contributing to the enhancement of the territory, the care of social issues and the sustainability of its business.

The NAT Network is a network of component companies in the Triveneto region dedicated to the Automotive sector, designed to expand and strengthen individual competencies by offering a “turnkey” service.
